Day 1
Rome – The Eternal City
Arrive in Rome Airport and meet your Italian Safari tour director, transferring you to the hotel and, depending on the time of arrival, enjoy breakfast together. In the afternoon get a first glance of the eternal city and its main monuments staying away from the crowd: enjoy a golf kart tour following the explanations of your experienced tourist guide.

Day 2
Rome – The Vatican State
Take advantage of the morning to get rid of jet lag or exploring magnificent monuments at walking distance from your hotel. After lunch meet your tourist guide and move to the Vatican State where to explore the museums and Saint Peter Cathedral, admiring Michelangelo’s finest artworks before meeting your Tour Director for a typical Roman dinner.

Day 3
Rome – The Roman Empire & the hunting area
Start your day in Rome with your tourist guide at the Colosseum, understanding more on the crude but grand culture of Roman empire; walk through the Fori, stepping on the same stones and roads Cesare walked through. At the end of the visit, return to your hotel for a quick lunch in the surroundings before meeting your Tour Director and leave by car to the hunting area.

Day 4 / 5
Umbria – Roe deer & wild boar Hunt
Two days roe deer or wild boar hunting at sunrise and sunset. During the rest of the day, discover the region or enjoying a truffle hunts and many other optional activities.

Day 6
Tuscan Countryside – Olive groves
In the morning, on the way to the Florence countryside, stop by a small olive oil producer on Trasimeno Lake. Visit the “frantoio” as well as the olive grove and taste the oil produced at lunch before driving on. At your arrival check-in in the amazing hotel set into a restored villa where the owners still live.

Day 7
Florence – Walking through the Renaissance
Spend your day in Florence, meet your tourist guide and start your visit into the Uffizi gallery, admiring some of the most impressive artworks of the Renaissance as well as the Accademia and Michelangelo’s David. After lunch have a walk around the central roads of Florence, the ancient food market or the fashion and craftmanship boutiques before getting back to your hotel outside Florence.
