Day 1

Arrive in Milan – Garda Lake

Arrive at Milan airport and meet your Italian Safari tour director, transferring you
to the hotel on Garda Lake. Take advantage of the magnificent
hotel, the view on the lake and the pool to recover from the flight.

Day 2

Garda Island – lunch on a private Island and aged red
wines

In the morning enjoy a boat tour on the lake and stop for lunch in the privately owned Garda Island, where the owners will guide you in a visit of the Villa and the gardens and host you for a light lunch on tthe terrace of the Villa. After lunch sail back to the main land and, after a short break at the hotel, drive to one of the greatest wine producers of the area, in the Amarone region.

Day 3

Italian gun producers and transfer to the Alps

Leave in the morning to reach one of the sanctuaries of hunting history: Gardone Val Trompia and its gun manufacturers. Start your visit in the 500 yoars old Beretta, discover the history of the family and the company in the guns museum. After a quick lunch visit Piotti, one of the smallest producers in Italy, representing the best example of gun craftmanship with 40 high-luxury guns produced every year. After the visits, leave towards the hunting area in the Alps.

Day 6

Langhe – The Piedmont Culinary Region

Travel south to Langhe, one of the most important culinary regions in Italy and visit a hunting castle of the former royal family, learning about the endless hunting passion of Vittorio Emanuele II, first king of Italian Kingdom. Check in at the astonishing castle hosting you during the last two days in Italy and spend the afternoon relaxing in the spa, the swimming pool or simply sipping a glass of red wine overlooking the amazing scenario of Barbaresco and Barolo vineyards.

Day 7

Langhe – The treasures of Langhe: Barolo and White Truffle

Spend the day exploring the two Langhe’s treasures: Barolo wine and White Truffle. In the morning enjoy a truffle hunt with the help of an experienced Trifulau and his dog, searching and digging in the forests for the most expensive among all mushrooms. After the hunt move to Barolo village and learn about the grapes and soil giving birth to one of the most important wines worldwide and taste new vintages as well as bottles kept for decades deep into century old cellars. Relax the second part of the afternoon in the hotel and meet again your Tour Director to have dinner together in one of the most typical local trattorias.
